For VPS and dedicated server customers, please note that these services are provided as unmanaged services unless a managed service is specifically purchased. Customers are responsible for their operating system, software, websites, applications, databases, emails, security, firewall, backups, and all activity hosted on their server.
Leap Digitals does not access customer VPS or dedicated server data during normal service operation. However, we may take required action in cases involving abuse, security risks, non-payment, policy violations, or lawful requests from competent authorities.
