1. Services Provided

LeapDigitals.com (LeapDigiPK) provides premium web hosting and dedicated server solutions. Our services include:

• Web Hosting: Shared, reseller, VPS, and cloud hosting with malware-free environments
• Dedicated Servers: Bare-metal servers hosted in our Arifwala, Punjab datacenter
• Daily Backups: Automated daily backups for all web hosting accounts
• Security: Powerful malware protection and free website cleaning
• Domain Registration: Domain registration and management services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Choose a strong password and update it regularly
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are liable for all activities conducted under your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Payments & Billing

All services are billed in advance. The following billing policy applies:

3.1 Invoice Schedule

• Invoices are sent 14 days before the due date
• Payment is due on or before the invoice due date
• We accept bank transfer and online payment methods as specified at checkout

3.2 Late Payments

• A late fee will be added to your account if payment is not received by the due date
• Services will be suspended 7 days after the due date if payment is not received
• Accounts remaining unpaid 30 days after the due date will be terminated
• All data associated with a terminated account will be permanently deleted

4. Refund Policy

• Web Hosting: Full refunds available within 7 days of purchase if no significant usage has occurred

• Domain Registrations: No refunds are provided after domain purchase. Transfers may be available upon request
• Dedicated Servers: No refunds are provided for dedicated server purchases
• Setup Fees: Non-refundable under any circumstances

5. Account Recovery

Recovery of suspended or disabled accounts is possible provided the account has not yet been permanently terminated.

• Contact our support team as soon as possible to initiate account recovery
• Outstanding balances must be settled before recovery can be processed
• Accounts terminated due to policy violations may not be eligible for recovery

6. Backup & Data Protection

• We perform daily automated backups of all web hosting accounts
• Backups are retained for 14 days
• Backup restoration is available upon request via our support team

• We do not provide software support for dedicated server configurations
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups on dedicated servers

7. Malware Protection

LeapDigitals provides comprehensive malware protection for all web hosting accounts:

• Free malware scanning and detection on all hosted accounts
• Free website cleaning if malware is detected on a site hosted with us
• Proactive security monitoring to prevent future infections

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to maintain and improve our operations, including but not limited to:

• Payment Processing: Secure payment gateways for billing
• Analytics: Usage analytics to improve service quality
• Security: Third-party security tools and monitoring services
• Email Delivery: Transactional email services for notifications

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it for the purposes we specify. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
